Several parents have not filled in the survey Dr. Baker sent to you earlier this week. We are hoping for a 100% return rate so we can reorganize busing and see what options we can give to folks choosing to keep their kids home, based on numbers. The survey is due on Monday. BJ Esty will have to take the time next week to call families who did not respond. We have zero applicants for the part time secretarial position, vacated by the retirement of Joan Fariel. We are a little nervous about this as we need a second person in the office, especially since BJ, the nurse, and I will be doing health checks every morning at 8 am for all 230+ students. Duties include supporting principal and lead secretary, assisting in daily health checks, answering the telephone, record keeping, filing, food service program support, communications with parents, faculty, staff and community, and all other duties assigned by the principal.
