Common resolutions may include eating healthy, increase exercise, get more sleep, learn a new skill or spend more time with the family. Start your goals out simple, then increase as needed. Check out this month's Fitness Calendar attached below! Also, this week’s Panther Challenge is to see how many Butt Kickers you can do in one minutes time. Don’t forget to log your score via this Google Form by Tuesday January 12th (You can log your score as many times as you want to attempt the challenge.)
